Attended an excellent cooking class with a total character in Pai. After attending a dinner with his previous class and watching them all down a bottle of thai whisky, we were ready for our class the next day. Tee's two favourite sayings were: "Let's Wok" and "Break". Break was usually follow by a sip of whisky and water (only after lunch of course). We made curry paste and curries for lunch (Massaman, Green and Tamarind- which is a derivative of red. In the evening, we invited some "friends" (the people we met at the cooking class the previous night), and we cooked Pad Thai, Pork with Holy Basil as well as a Tom Yung Kung and Coconut soup. So easy and so much fun! Tee also cooked a few dishes and we had quite the feast that ended with pool and more thai whisky down the street. A good time was had by all.
